I am not sure if you are referecing to this video sermon by orr:Revival is Like Judgment Day (video)This is the last message preached by Dr. J. Edwin Orr on April 21 1987. He gave this sermon to the Seventh National Conference on Prayer for Spiritual Awakening, on the day before his graduation to glory. This was the first and obviously only time he gave this message, and it speaks powerfully about the deep, searching work of revival among God's people. This sermon has deeply touched me and considering it was his last sermon preached it is very suitable to leave it behind as a legacy.

What a great video. I can't get enough of hearing about true Holy Ghost revival, and identifying it apart from what most think of when they hear the word. Everything I've heard from Orr has been outstanding. Thanx for the post!
