Dear Brethren,Recently someone posted a thread on divorce, and she mentioned that things were a lot diffirent when she was young (half a century ago), they were modest in their dress and contact with the opposite sex. She said that today some would call it legalism, but it worked! If Jesus said, that a man who looks at a woman and lust after her is an adulterer, what do you think is HIS standard for young people concerning relationships with the opposite sex? What about clothing, Television, Movies? Should Pastors leave the unmarried to set their own standards? Is their need of Chaperones? How is an unmarried person to go about? If someone like Dr. Edwin Orr said that Revival is like Judgement Day, what is that God's standard for the Church in 2005?Remember: "whatever men may speak, they shall give account of it in the day of judgment." Matt. 12:36In His love,Gery
