Hear O Sinner Hear!

Here is a poem I wrote today I thought I would share.Hear O Sinner Hear!The Gospel loud and clearLet Heaven reign and wash your stainsHear O Sinner Hear!Fear O Sinner Fear!Put down your filthy bearGod is coming and you should be runningFear O Sinner Fear!Hear it loud and clear!Oh be it true he will consume youwith righteousness and judgment throughif pride still stands it will be the doom of youHear it loud and clear!Plead O Sinner Plead!Come to His nail pierced feetO Yes He did bleed for you and mePlead O Sinner Plead!Eat O Sinner Eat!Of the bread that was deadbut now aliveEat O Sinner Eat!Old Sinner Now SaintOh please don't faintHe needs you and pleads youand yes you need toPreach the Gospel!Preach the Truth!And let your ministry show full proof!Wake up! Wake up!Awake the deadfor God is comingand your testimony will be readBe sure it's true and deep within youthat your a Gospel preacherthrough and throughLet the sinner hear!

Brother PreachParsly,That was so beautifull. I had to read it again. I wish i could write poems but never have been able to. Thank you for blessing me with such a blessed poem. I'm just curious here. How long did it take for all the words to come to your spirit before you wrote it down?

I am not a poem writer at all. I'm really not a writer of any type. If it even remotely sounds like it goes together then it is all God.Well the phrase Hear O Sinner Hear was going through my head all day yesterday. Then after some prayer and reading my Bible I had an urge to write a poem, this doesn't happen very often. And so I just started writing and it just fell together.

I love your poem. May I suggest you substitute "Christ" for God? Also, if it won’t mess up the poem you could replace "He" with Christ too.My reason is that wisdom taught me as I witness to a verity of people that God’s name is somewhat a house hold name, but they lack knowledge of Christ and His atoning blood.

Yes, I could substitute it for Christ. It would probably make it more theologically correct. Which He are you talking about?

This really is a great poem!Very heart touching We should start a SI book of poetry, there are others, myself included that have submitted poems on here. On a side note, the "flithy bear" comments, really brought a smile to my heart today, I'm still tickled at the idea of someone carrying a "filty bear" and being ordered to put it down.It really is a great poem though. I don't know?If you look at the bottom of this page you will see copy right. Look it up on Google just put 'how to copy right' easy peasy- lemon squeezy. :-( I hope that helps.ellie :-P

Simply wonderful poem...divinely inspired.Put it on paper, put it in a self addressed stamped envelope, mail it. When you get it back, Do Not Open It. My son calls this the natural copywrite and it will stand up in court. It is the dated postage stamp that the post office makes on the stamp that is needed, and an sealed envelop.Really this is a goooood poem.
