Where do we belong? In what church? Please pray...

Please pray for me as I seek the Lord about church and whether I am to visit other churches or stay where I have been for 6 years.Recently our family officially stopped being "members" of the church we attend due to a issue I had with tithing tied to membership reqirements. We have been still visiting the church, but I have not been spiritually fed there for about 2 years. The church we attend recently purchased a building and their time and energy is so focused on the buildling so that they can bring people into the church to be saved. God has showed me that this is not the way to reach people, but to go out to where they are...Please pray for me as I seek to do His will in my life as it relates to where our family should fellowship and be fed spiritually. Hi Doug,Will be praying for you and your family. Know we have had some others come through with this similar challenge, even my own, but hope that this is really prayed for amongst the saints.

Sounds like a good reason to leave. That's alright, they will give an account for these things just like us.We'll all pray together and God will place you where He needs you.Matt 6:33 "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."Rom 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
