Hi Scott,Curious as to which video files you are referring to. In general the videos are wmv. for Windows Media Player, though there are others that will only play on Real Player (rm)It may be also in how you are saving the files. In general, you want to right click on the message and select "Save Target As", noting the file type in the "Save as Type" box at the bottom. Also, you must be "at" the message itself. If you are at a cross link and attempt to download that you will get only a text file. In other words, if you can click on the message and it comes up in Windows Media Player you are there. To save it, close down the player and then save it to a file on your computer using the method above. Can you bring forth an example of a message you are having trouble with?
If, by saying 'dat', you are referring to a file on a VCD video disk, then converting it to windows media format can be done through one of many software convertors. Two such reasonably priced convertors are; RiverPastAdvanced X Video ConvertorI haven't used these particular pieces of software so this is not an endorsement. In Christ,Ron
I would say that explaining to them in plain language that without Christ they will burn in hell is the best way to convert video files. :-P Krispy
