Gay Antichrist - Gay Homecoming King and Queen

P

The devil has taken over our schools!Gays High School Homecoming King and QueenBased on this verse I believe the Antichrist will be an atheist and a homosexual. The vast push to outs God/Jesus in our society and rapid movement to embrace gays as normal is clearly paving the path for the coming gay antichrist.Daniel 11:37He shall regard neither the God of his fathers nor the desire of women, nor regard any god; for he shall exalt himself above them all.Isa 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

I have to shake my head every once in a while to wake myself up again to the realization that I am living in Sodom... lest I become numb. God give us grace to flee from all of Sodom's ways in our own lives.

"those who call good evil and evil good..."Man, it would be nice if more people openly applied this verse to those churches who turn their back on God's law, and try to redifine him by openly accepting things like homosexuals in church leadership, etc. I believe you might be right, paula, and it wouldn't be a stretch to believe that this world would be quick to accept such an abomination. And we are told that he will sit on the temple throne and declare himself God. Again, just look at some of the accepted persecutions that are beginning to be put on christians, even in the "free" world. I believe it won't be long before the christian way is purified by fire. Many who would fall away at the first sign of distress will do so. And God will have his glory in it. Our father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name...Grace and Peace...

Man, I just read that article, and I don't know what to say. Is this how this generation is? Could the rapid breakdown of this world be any more apparent? Every year, for hundreds of years, there has been some new person coming out and declaring that the end of the world is near. It's easy to just say, "oh, well", but this article is really disturbing. That generation is just more progressive? It's not cool to be anti-gay; to follow the law of the Lord?I do believe that this is a popular attitude in the U.S. Ask your average guy if it's cool to see some lesbians make out. See what he says.Something to pray about.Grace and Peace...

I find it quite interesting, how Christians today are looking for an antichrist to appear instead of looking for the Christ appearing. I could careless if the antichrist comes as antifreeze, big deal! Lets love Christ appearing, and forget about all the other counterfeits whom ever they may be.Jesus never intended us to study about the antichrist, but only to make note of it when you see the signs. By the way, Sodom is not all around us, in Canada the gov. pass laws for homosexuals, but the masses reject it. If the government were to hold a referandum, gay marriages would be rejected. The government forseeing this, acted without the consent of the rest of the country. Sodom was 100% gay, Canada is not.Karl

Jesus never intended us to study about the antichrist, but only to make note of it when you see the signs. How can you see the signs unless you know(study) what they are?

There is nothing wrong with keeping an eye on things and watching carefully as world events come to pass.Krispy

what?! are you for real?! do you really want to go around saying that the antichrist is comming and that "he" (pressuming "he" is in the form of a person) is going be an athiest and a homosexual?! first of all, the antichrist would not be an athiest. clearly, the antichrist OPPOSES Christ and therefore would KNOW for sure that Jesus is alive. so obviously that would rule out his being an athiest. as for his being homosexual, i dont think you should base your entire theology on ONE verse from daniel. plus you dont want to go around shunning all homosexuals because that is definately not the attitude of Christ.oh one more thing...don't forget that you really shouldn't take that verse in daniel out of context. daniel wrote that to a SPECIFIC group of people who had to understand it. so you cannot attempt to make it mean something TODAY that would have made no sense to the readers of the original letter.

loveurnaybur,This is your first post. You are not at all loving you neighbor as yourself. It's hypocritical that your name is loveurnaybur and you have no respect for others. It's obvious that you are just ranting on and going with your emotions. The first word of your post was "what?!" which would show your emotions toward the post. I don't usually rebuke people on here, to my knowledge I have never done this. But you are completely out of line. plus you dont want to go around shunning all homosexuals because that is definately not the attitude of Christ.Do you have the attitude of Christ? Here is one verse I believe every person’s theology should center around:Luk 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. I would suggest a little bit of prayer before posting to others in the manner you did.

Krispy,There are only four verses in the entire Bible that use the word antichrist:1 John 2:18Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour.1 John 2:22Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist—he denies the Father and the Son.1 John 4:3but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world. 2 John 1:7Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist. And these passages, especially the first, refer to antichrists from John's time. Moreover, according to John, in saying "even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour" and "even now is already in the world." the endtimes should have occured 2000 years ago.Where do you get the notion that a single antichrist is to come at the end times?Bubbaguy

StevenThe thing you're missing is that many "believers" will be duped into beliving the anti-Christ IS the second coming of Jesus Christ. There only three types of believers:The BelieversThe Make Believers and The UnbelieversThere is only one group that I see enduring anything and that is the first group. The rest either gets in with the groove or be cut off.Karl

This is how we know it is the last hour" and "even now is already in the world." the endtimes should have occured 2000 years ago.Good point Bubba.John said, 2000 years ago, that THEE antichrist was already in the world, AND that, in his day, was the last hour, NOT last days, but the last HOUR.In the theological realm and amongst scholars this verse is an embarressment to the bible. How long is an hour. Because the Church world is saying that it still needs to come to pass, yet John must have been senile in his old age.According to the Apostle, 1 day is as 1000 years to the LORD and a 1000 years is as one day. How many years is 1 hour?I am not stupid, I know what John was saying, he wasn't using a literal numerical hour, but was sharing to his readers the season in which they were living, hence the hour. For example Jesus said, "The hour is come and NOW is".Think on this, the Church so believes that an antichrist will appear, they believe it with all their heart, is it possible that that which is believed will come into existance, "Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen".Notice this, "God gave them their request, but sent leaness to their soul".My people are looking to an antichrist, but they are not looking to me their one true love, their turtledove.Job even said, the thing that I feared has come upon me.Karl Karl

Revelation does speak about a false prophet for like 3 times: (Rev 16:13) And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.(Rev 19:20) And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet doing signs before it, (by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast), and those who had worshiped his image. The two were thrown alive into the Lake of Fire burning with brimstone.(Rev 20:10) And the Devil who deceived them was cast into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet were . And he will be tormented day and night forever and ever.Perhaps people see this 'guy' as the antichrist?Or if you would check on scripture in 1 John, we could say that this 'false prophet' is one of the many antichrists. (But a major one in that day)

Everything outside of the kingdom of God is in satan's kingdom... Sodom.I have a problem believing that Satan even has a kingdom. Consider this verse for a moment."Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."Even if Satan were to have a kingdom that kingdom would be under the jursidiction of the King of kings Jesus Christ, because all power has been given to the Son, " That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth." Philippians 2:10.The story of Job about Satan coming before God etc..etc.. no longer applies today, because Satan lost that right to come before God, because the accuser of the brethern has been cast down, "Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night."Now compare that verse with this verse, "John 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out." Notice the word NOW is in the present tense in Jesus day.and this verse, " Luke 10:17-18 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven."I'll let you come to your own conclusions.Karl

Healingwaters wrote:I have a problem believing that Satan even has a kingdom. Consider this verse for a moment.Karl,Allow me the following illustration:A man puts on a glove and picks up a cup. Who's holding the cup? The man, or the glove?I have a bigger problem with christians being intimidated by satan "having a kingdom". Of course he has a kingdom. The world is in the sway of the evil one. However, satan is, and always will be a puppet in the hands of God. His punishment for rebellion is the same as ours: Being given over to our lusts. Satan has a kingdom, however satan is under Christ's dominion, therefore satan's kingdom is a "subsidiary of God's kingdom", sceduled for disposal on Judgement Day.By the way, the purpose for the alanogy was to compare the hand with God, and the glove with satan.Again, no need to be intimidated, by satan having a kingdom. Just allow him to think he's in control. After all, there is a funny side to him leading us into sin, so that we can repent (ie. the joke is on him).Although, realise he is still our enemy, even if he is no match for Christ, and we still need to be "sober and vigilant" knowing that our "adversary, the devil prowls about like a roaring lion, seeking whomever he may devour".Peace.
