Your post is right on but incomplete -- The promise for God's people is that their land would be healed if -- 1) They humbled themselves, 2) Prayed, 3) Sought the face of God, and 4 Turn from their wicked ways The most unquoted one so I thoguht I would emphasize it. Now that will never happen until the 'clergy' does something that will require them to give up any comfort -- 'weep between the doorposts and the altar' Ravenhill is right on with that one too. As a pastor I can tell you that unless pastors themselves across this nation are willing to do this it will always give justification to the members of their prospective flocks not to do it either. If there is not a revival among the pastors that transforms them from corporate CEO to weeping prophets, they will continue to lead people into something that promotes their interests and not the interests of God.Sorry, didn't mean to preach but my soul is stirred for revival and I am beginning to see just the tip of the iceberg of what it is going to cost everyone and if the clergy aren't willing to pay it it will justify the people not doing it.Blessings.
