I am not familiar with a sermon, but JAMA did an article years ago that dealt with this from a Medical standpoint. I have used it for years in my teaching on the sufferings of Christ. I was done by two doctors at the Mayo clinic. It is titled:On the Physical Death of Jesus Christ
