Fellowship locator/ministry connector?

Hey, I'm not sure if this would be the right place to ask this, but we'd been talking earlier about getting something together to help connect members around the world with others for fellowship/ministry. I know that all of the moderators probably have a full plate, but is there any way to create a voluntary database of people to help them connect?Thanks again, also, for all that you guys have done for us.Grace and Peace...
