(Mat 7:20) Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.Fruits Of Work(Psa 107:37) And sow the fields, and plant vineyards, which may yield fruits of increase.(Phi 1:22) But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labor: yet what I shall choose I wot not.(2Ti 2:6) The husbandman that laboreth must be first partaker of the fruits.Fruits Of Wickedness(Pro 1:31) Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.(Luk 6:43) For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.(Rom 7:5) For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.(Rev 18:14) And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.Fruits Of Repentance(Mat 3:8) Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:(Luk 3:8) Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.Fruits Of Perfection/Holiness(Luk 8:14) And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.(Rom 6:22) But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.Fruits Of Righteousness(2Co 9:10) Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)(Phi 1:11) Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.(Jam 3:18) And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.(Heb 12:11) Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.Fruits Of Life and God(Joh 4:36) And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.(Rom 7:4) Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.Fruits From Above(Gal 5:22-23) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.(Jam 3:17) But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.Fruits Of Our Lips(Heb 13:15) By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. How to Have Fruit(Luk 8:15) But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.(Joh 15:8) Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

I was just thinking the other day about when Jesus said "and by their fruits.." And then I was thinking... fruits (with an S). Hmm.. how many fruits are there that a Christian should have.. and what type or kind.

Excellent! I had never thought of anything but "good" or "bad" actions (in the Matthew 7 v 20 section). Following on with the Fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5 vs 22,23 - "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law."Thank you for something interesting to do a little Bible study on!Sue

2Cr 9:10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for [your] food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) Phl 1:11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God. Jhn 15:1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 2Ti 2:6 The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits. Jam 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. The Great Husbandman is God the Father and Christ is the first fruits of His Labor. Christ is our Husbandman and we are the fruits of His labor, even to death on the Cross. May our fruits be the fruits of Christ and we be good soldiers in working in the vineyard that our fruit like Paul's may be, and we be the sower of the seed and water the seed that has been planted in each that God will get the increase of us and our fruits be our sowing for our Master Jesus Christ, the Gospel He gave to Paul of Christ in you the Hope of Glory, Which are the fruits of righteousness of Christ in us unto the Glory and Praise of God our Father. Christ was the first fruit of resurrection and we are sowing seed that we might present the Fruit of Jesus Christ to the Father. Christ is the barer of all fruit unto righteousness and also the giver, that we might produce more fruit, as He has said we will do greater things than He did, these things are the Fruit of Christ unto salvation to bring son's to the Father's House. There would be no fruit except it be the Fruit of Christ Jesus who is in us and our Glory and the Glory of the Father. In Christ: Phillip
