Hey, just a minute ago I heard CNN mention a program discussing podcasting, and how christianity is being spread via the internet. Just curious, but did anyone get to hear this program?

HiAs I live in the UK, I don't get CNN. However, I would like to add my little bit about Christianity being spread via the Internet - and I am thinking about people in countries where the Gospel is forbidden, ie Islamic countries. For many years the Gospel has been spread by radio into these countries, and follow up with Bible Studies, etc has been via post and, with great care, human follow up.There are websites onto which people can now log on and find out about Christianity and the Gospel. I have this information from Societies who send tent makers to places where it is impossible to have missionaries; some have a radio ministry, and are now a developing ministry on line. I know of one site. It is a wonderful way for those who are bound by a regime that gives them no liberty at all in their thinking to be able to do some research on their computers and find out about the Gospel.Of course, one thing much better than an internet Gospel, is when Jesus reveals himself to seekers in Muslim countries. That is happening a fair amount, but naturally we don't get to hear of it.SuePS - if anyone abroad got the address of SermonIndex, and could understand English, they would have a wealth of things to listen to and read!
