Billy Graham heading to New Orleans

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Rev. Billy Graham is planning another speaking engagement.Graham, 87, announced last year that he would not hold any more religious crusades. But a spokesperson said Graham, if his health allows, will go to New Orleans in March and participate in an evangelical festival.Graham would deliver a “message of hope” to the city, which was devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
