Eyewitness account of the airplane crash at Tenerife

Does anyone know where I can find the online audio sermon by a survivor of the crash at Tenerife? I have listened to it in the past and cannot remember where I found it. I would like to let a churchmember hear it. Thanks for any help!

I don't think it exists here.Try a search out on the interent for George Otis and the Tenerife disaster, there is a book out there but otherwise it is dificult without a name from the testimony or a preacher alluding to it.
